A plain account of what The Atelier knows about you, where it is kept, who else sees it, and how it is struck.
The Atelier is made and owned by Atlas IP Holdings LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, of Ridgewood, New Jersey. Questions about this page go to [email protected].
When you sign in, with Google, with Apple, or by the six figures sent to your address, the house learns the name and email address on that account, and an identifier for it. That is how your room is found again on every device.
Everything you set down in the house is your record: the day's tasks and blocks, the ritual, the week and its debrief, the journal, the repository and its volumes, your settings and the seals on your days. The record is kept so that it is there when you return.
If you join Google Calendar, the house keeps a key that lets it read and write that calendar on your behalf, and nothing else from that account. The Atelier’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you join a road to the night, the house draws last night’s sleep each morning to lay your day: from WHOOP or Oura, by a key you authorize once in the browser and the house turns over as it expires; from Eight Sleep, by a key exchanged once for the pod’s own sign in, whose password is never kept; from Apple Health, by what your own phone posts through a Shortcut you set up. Sleep and health data is used only to render your own day. It is never sold, never shared, and never used for advertising. You may leave any road at any time from Connectors, and its key is struck when you do.
If you open the house to Claude, or to an agent of your own, each is given a key of its own only after a sign in by your address, and the house keeps that key only as a hash. Such a key reads and writes your record on your behalf; you may withdraw it at any time from Connectors.
Your record lives on your own device first, and is mirrored to the house’s vault, a database hosted by Supabase, under your own identity, so that a second device finds it. The house’s own service runs on Cloudflare. The connection is encrypted throughout. If you set a vault phrase, every page is sealed on your device before it travels, and the house keeps only what it cannot read.
Every save of your record is kept as a version for two years, whole for two days, then hourly, then daily, so that an earlier page can be put back. The versions are struck with the record when you leave.
No one is sold anything, and nothing is used to advertise to you. The house shows no advertisements and does not track you across other apps or sites.
When you ask the clerk, the Preceptor, the Concierge, a folded line, the words you give it and the parts of your record needed to answer are sent to Anthropic, which provides the model, to produce the answer. They are not used to train it. Nothing is sent to the clerk that you did not ask about. If you give the Concierge an Anthropic key of your own, it is held in memory on your device only, gone when the page closes, and the words go to Anthropic under that key.
The accompaniment plays through YouTube; Google’s and YouTube’s privacy policy applies to what plays. The house sets no tracking cookies and carries no advertising.
Invitations you send carry your name and the address you send them to, so that the person invited knows who spent theirs on them.
You may download the whole of your record at any time from Connectors, every page, one file. You may also leave the house from the same place: every record kept under your name is struck from the vault, and your account with it. This cannot be undone, and there is no way back but a new invitation.
You may also write to [email protected] and ask what the house holds about you, or ask that it be struck, and it will be done by hand. A resident of California may ask the same under California law; Atlas IP Holdings LLC does not sell or share personal information.
The Atelier is offered to adults. You must be eighteen or older to hold a room, and the house is not made for, or offered to, anyone younger.
If the way the house keeps its records changes, this page changes with it, and the date below with it.
